Return/Refund Policy Merchandise – Returns are allowed on unopened products that are accompanied with all of the original packaging within 30 days of ship date. If the product is returned undamaged and unopened you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product and original packaging must be intact to receive a full refund. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of the ship date and also must include original packaging. Upon arrival of the defective or damaged product, we will inspect the damage or defect and will replace the product or a refund will be issued. You are responsible for assuring the return of the product before a replacement or refund is issued. Live animals - We guarantee live arrival of all animals. As the care of the animal is out of our hands after delivery, we do not guarantee the health of the animal after successful delivery. We ship live animals from Monday – Wednesday each week and you must sign for the package or all guarantees are void. Live shipments will be sent via UPS Overnight. Some rural locations and addresses do not allow for actual “Next day” shipping, in which case we will contact you to make reasonable arrangements before shipping. Physical addresses are required as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. D.O.A. shipments are rare, but if this is the case you will need to provide proof to receive a replacement or refund. Replacements will be sent if available, free of shipping charges. If no replacement is available a store credit will be issued for the entire cost of the purchase, including shipping. *We do not currently accept orders outside of the United States.
